Mr. Senator (R) Sana Ullah Baloch was an elected Member of the Balochistan Assembly from district Kharran,  along with his national and provincial level active political role, he played a crucial role in upbringing people's socio-economic development. 

He passed several resolutions with regard to the well-being of the local population of the Rakshan division, particularly Kharran. He established Rakshan University, upgraded boys and girls schools into higher secondary and college levels, constructed sports facilities, and provided countless job opportunities through various interventions.
